As she looked around Jenny knew that she was going to have some trouble making the bills this month. She had lost her job, but that was not stopping the collections calls from coming. Even after she explained the situation to them, they seemed to get even worse at getting the money. That bad part was the doctors office was even getting that way and told her that they could no longer treat her son because of the back bills.
The issue was that with her being laid off she lost all of her medical insurance. Without that insurance coverage, she would not be able to have her son into the doctor when he needed to be. That meant that he could easily run out of the medication that he needed to have. Since he could run out of that, he would start to become a terror again.
However, she knew that the psychiatrist that he had been seeing was going to continue to help her and for that she was very thankful. In his mind as he explained it, just because the person could not pay for the treatment did not mean they were not still sick.
The news about this doctor was a God send to Jenny because she knew her son would be running out of medication shortly. Without his medication, which he took the last dose of the night before, he would quickly become unbearable. Then he would not be controlled under any circumstances.
Reviewing the medical chart the doctor noted that he was supposedly having autism like characteristics. When he reviewed James, though, he could find no traces of these which was some great news for Jenny and her husband. However, it still meant they would have to pay for some of the most expensive medications around.
Getting into the doctors office she knew that it was going to be difficult to get the medication. However, it was needed to help control his ADHD outburst. Without that medication he become so difficult for her to handle that she was not even sure how she would manage it.
Being able to go into the doctors office allowed Jenny to breath a sigh of relief. After she parked the car and got him into the office she knew that he would be better and that the doctors would be proven wrong in the mistakes they have made in not taking her son into the office anymore.
